If you want to play golf well, it is essential to have good golf equipment, and the golf bag is one of the most important equipment. Let's follow the editor to understand the size of golf bags and how to place them.

What are the dimensions of a golf bag?

The size of golf bags is generally 50 inches; 50 inches is equal to 127 centimeters. The diameter (width) of the golf bag is 8.5 inches, which is 28 centimeters. Most of the small diameters are golf stand bags, and there are also 9.0, 9.5, 10.5 (35 cm) .

If the material of the golf bag is relatively good, it can show the identity of a golf enthusiast. If it is a very good brand with high-end materials and appearance, then the value of this bag is high.

Correct placement of golf clubs in golf bag

first step

Take all the clubs out of your golf bag and arrange them in a row in ascending or descending order.

Step 2

If you are reorganizing an existing golf bag, clear out any excess items from the bag, such as ball pickups, golf balls, tees, etc. This is also a great opportunity to clean out loose ends and dust from your golf bag. If you are using a new golf bag, skip this step.

third step

Place the driver on top of the bag (closest to the strap). If there is a separate space in the golf bag, the most logical approach is to arrange the clubs in descending order, starting with the driver and going from left to right. If there is only one pocket at the top of your bag, put all your clubs into that pocket. Usually standard size ball pickups are placed inside the wood shaft.

the fourth step

Place 3 to 4 long irons in the empty space on the lower left side of your golf bag or in your pocket. For example, place the No. 2 iron, No. 3 iron, No. 4 iron and No. 5 iron in this position.

the fifth step

Place 3 to 4 short irons in the empty space on the lower right side of your golf bag or in your pocket. For example, place the 6-iron, 7-iron, 8-iron and 9-iron in this position.

Step 6

Place your wedges and putter in an empty space at the bottom of your golf bag or in your pocket. Many players place the putter very low in the open space or at the bottom of the pocket for easier access. Sometimes, something can get caught on the bag, so the putter can hang out of the bottom of the bag during play.

Step 7

Keep your clubs organized and other equipment in your pockets. The most accessible pocket is underneath where your wedges and irons are stored, and golf balls should also go in this pocket.
